I have no trouble admitting it, although honestly, nobody has ever really brought it up despite the fact that I was pretty vocal about it because, "OOOHHHH I WANT TO BE DIFFERENT!"
It's definitely embarrassing, but I'm not ashamed of it at all. It was a dumb phase, but nobody got hurt and I honestly learned a lot about myself and the kind of person I wanted to be just by reflecting on my involvement in the fad. I'm glad I went through it.
