They've both been coordinating an executive board to move forward and become public, only issue is Spotify is in a move to amass $500M which would halt them following through with an IPO.

Snapchat is in the final stages of getting an executive board and are making moves that would suggest they want to go public.

Let me put it this way, you can double your money easily through an IPO movement. If you buy when the market opens, intial prices always go up atleast 5 points.

The only anomaly is when an IPO dips 1 or 2 points. But it always rebounds the next day or two.

IPO's are a relatively easy prediction, and you can make massive payouts.
