I'd just point out that a study quoted in a textbook =/= listed in the DSM/ICD

and that even being listen in one of the two manuals doesn't necessarily mean it's a mental illness because they change definitions so frequently (relatively speaking)

and that they also used to list homosexuality as one

There is nothing psychologically unhealthy about being romantically involved with a fictional character.
