Anyone ever been to a chiropractor?

Been thinking of going to one just to see if they can fix anything I might not know is messed up. Also a deep tissue massage sounds fantastic

Anyone ever been to one? I've read some places that there's no actual evidence that what they do works though, and the neck popping thing they do scares me

Chiropractic is probably the only real alternative medicine, but you need a really good chiropractor for it to be effective.

They helped me with my chronic neck pain from a car accident four years ago. I don't have the neck pain anymore, and it's great. I need to go back for my shoulder, but I'm still waiting on settleling my case from my last accident two years ago.

If you go make sure your insurance covers it.

I saw one when I herniated a disc a few years ago. Good stuff, but I felt like I could have found the same info on Google. I don't regret going though.
