I used to have a huge fear of this and did a lot of research a few years back.

Pretty much it will heal back and your frenulum will be a lot thinner, which makes it more susceptible to tear again. You can get a frenuloscopy(I butchered the spelling) where they cut the bad permanently. It's not nearly as invasive as circumcision and you'll be back at it in no time
