Now that football has started up again, and i've my first training session of the season; not only do I not feel like a slob; but i've realised i'm a lot fitter than I thought.

But every muscle in my body aches and lactic acid was kicking my arse a few minutes ago

None, ever. I'm a LB, been playing CB for the past 3 seasons though. Assists wise I probably got over 10 last easily, i'm an average player you know? No wonder kid but i'm not a liability
