Get used to it. That's all I gotta say. Everything has a metric now. You want a human? Go to a start up or small ma and pa place. If you work for a place that has more than 250 employees? Metrics drive everything. It will get to the point where they ask you how often you shit, and at what times on those fucked up surveys. It only gets worse the higher you climb.
