Tension headaches

So I've never really gotten headaches until recently. Tension headaches are awful, it feels like someone it pounding my head with a sledgehammer. I believe I'm getting them from a combination of lack of sleep, environmental factors, stress from school. But before Tuesday I had never gotten headaches and I had all of these. I believe what pushed me over the edge to cause these awful headaches is this chair that I've been using since Tuesday. It's really hard, uncomfortable, and puts a lot of pressure on my neck.

So until I get a new chair I'm going to have these awful headaches.

Gib advice pls and discuss headaches.

Apparently caffeine helps with headaches? Just drink shit ton of Mountain Dew I suppose

Sorry I can't help ya bud. The only thing I do is either tough them out or they're so bad that I just need sleep to avoid the pain. Chug tylenol or whatever you take for headaches, drink lots of water, and just sleep them out.

Sleep is one of the problems. I usually get 5-6 hours of sleep when I should be getting 9.

I always like to say, if it's important enough to you, then you'll make time. There are some days when you just have to say fuck you to the world and do what you need to. Take even one day, just one day for yourself, and rest. That's all there is to it.
