I like to think of myself as being 'fantasy quest fit.' I can go a long way, for a long time. I could run for a while if I needed to.

last time I did push ups and counted was around 2 months ago for a required fitness test, they told me to do 'around' 150, and I stopped at 163 if I remember correctly
