I've read it. Forgotten pretty much everything I read though. It tends to drag on a bit.

What struck me was the way it seemed to be engaged in a game of one-upmanship with the bible and other previous religious stuffs.

IMO the Qur'an contains the best character development. I mean, Jesus's progression was excellent but it doesn't compare with the Prophet's dark, compelling journey.
