just got home from the library not too long ago because i was studying for my microeconomics midterm...now my anxiety is kicking in and i can't stop myself from thinking about the exam and everything else that i have to get done tomorrow.

whenever i try this, i'm able to fully focus on my breathing for maybe a few minutes until something out of my control makes me start thinking about something else...i've never been too good at meditative activities
