You mean the massive rule clarification project that was announced weeks before it was posted in the Flood for review and comment? That was done to make moderating users less subjective.
I think I'm just going to take a breather because I just woke up and feel like shit so that's probably clouding my judgement. I'll be back tomorrow or in a couple of hours when I have cooled off. Thanks for the clarification but I'm illogically irritable right now.
