In anarchy it's allowed, which is kind of the whole point of the board. I'm not a massive fan of it because of the ridiculous amount of my time it eats up with trying to keep on top of things but ehh, it lets people get this shit out of their system rather than it spreading on other boards.

If you don't want to see all that shit, I'd just say avoid anarchy.
