If I say "you're" I'm referring to someone in general, not specifically the person I'm talking to. Hence the "probably". It varies depending on the specific person.

First off, if you're talking about people in general, you can definitely use the word "probably". I type how I talk.

And if someone's doing something that affects others or his environment negatively, then that's different. But if what he's doing only affects himself, then judging him for that personal choice just makes you the idiot.

No, which is why I earlier said it's a social problem, not an ethical one. There's nothing immoral about judging people, it just makes you a dick to go out of your way to label people. And it's idiotic to become a social reject just so you can keep your precious ability to judge.

People don't do that. Smoking weed isn't substituting anything, that's what you never seem to understand. It's just an addition. You can easily have a social life and smoke weed. Usually, it enhances your friendships.
