no one other than the police force have guns.

Quote from: Ezra on November 10, 2014, 12:22:42 PMno one other than the police force have guns.British police have guns? I remember a video of them resorting to Trash cans to deal with a dude armed with a machete.
Lol if guns were a threat to tyranny the US government would have found a way to ban them a long time ago. I feel so much safer in London knowing that no one other than the police force have guns.
The estimated total number of guns (both licit and illicit) held by civilians in the United Kingdom is 4,060,0001

With a gun I could walk into a park and shoot like a hundred people, what am I supposed to do with cocaine? Throw it on them like fairy dust? Meh a ban on guns means there's a lot less in circulation than if it were legal. In most cases drugs harm no one but the user, guns are a tool that make killing others incredibly easy. much like Mexico despite guns being heavily restricted.
Oh well, that figure is accurate
Quote from: Kinder on November 10, 2014, 03:10:20 PM much like Mexico despite guns being heavily restricted. Yeah because people buy them in the United States and smuggle them into Mexico, whereas the UK thankfully isn't neighbouring a country without good gun laws. QuoteOh well, that figure is accurateBecause of Gunpolicy.org? I searched myself and British news outlets disagree with you. I'd much rather take their word over yours.
