I usually go during the winter to look for coats.

If they have any decent furniture it's usually a steal.

sometimes you can find nice shit for cheap. the thing about goodwill is that anyone can bring pretty much anything to donate; depending on how lucky you are, your goodwill could have a bunch of shitty hand me downs, or a bunch of pretty nice Ralph Lauren/Brooks Brothers stuff that just happened to be pre-owned and much cheaper than it would be from the original retailers
