When does this whole business with Beth in the rapey hospital take place? Because Carol gets wheeled in at the end. I guess we don't know for sure that Carol made it back to the church with Daryl, since they were like "is Carol with you??" and he said "come on out" to whoever was with him in the trees, but we didn't explicitly see Carol..
