OT: 5-7 hours, though if I handled my time better (i.e. not goofing around like a doof) I could easily get enough sleep and handle my courses.

I generally sleep from 3am to 2pm and work from 3pm to 10. On days where I have class, I have to get a little less sleep than that, though.

6-7 on days where I need to be up for things (uni, etc), while on weekends without an alarm I usually catch up on lost sleep and get 11-13 hours.

Currently as I've got little to do and no alarm to set I get about 10 hours every night.

OT: Depends on my work schedule and whether or not it's in sync with my natural sleep cycle, since I get up three hours before clock in. My days off I get more than enough from around 8-10. Some days at work I get about that amount, other days, like this upcoming Saturday/Sunday not so much since I clock out at 1am and I have to be back in again at 9am, so if it takes me an hour to get home and assuming I go to asleep immediately after, I'll only have four hours of sleep before it's time to get up again.

They've been doing that more and more lately, I'm thinking about just calling in late and showing up at noon.
