How many times do you brush your teeth daily

Once, whenever I wake up.Maybe twice if my teeth "feel dirty".

That's pretty bad considering I have braces too.

Twice, floss at night. You can cut out all that mouthwash; it's almost entirely ineffective without brushing and flossing beforehand.

Once or twice. Usually once. I chew a lot of gum, anyway, and it seems to be as effective as brushing your teeth.
