Like seriously Deci I doubt even you would be crazy enough to actually pay the government extortion fees in order to file for a recognized copyright on a work that sounds like something I'd read in a child's music lesson book.

See, if he used part of my music for his own video, even without credit that's fair use. If he used the entire song for a video he made, even without credit, I would let it slide.

But what he did was use the entire video, rename the entire song and claim it as his own original work.

That's where it violates copyright. I've been pretty fair on having the shit that I make with my electric twanger be used as long as I'm credited, I don't ask for much.

But this, this is just asinine.

The video isn't even monetized, so the only thing he could gain from this is your displeasure. The law doesn't protect your feelings.
