How do Orcs know about menus?

They were literally bred to cause pain and destruction. At what point would they ever have the time to go visit a restaurant in Middle Earth let alone be accepted into one?

A menu is also just the description of what's being served, and since Orcs are a totally militant society, they'll have been served based off a menu their entire lives, being whatever the regiment cook has said he's making.

Usually raw meat and slop with grog to wash it down.

Do orcs have a language of their own? Even if not, the concept of menu might have come across them at some point.

Many orcs have been shown to speak English, so stuff.

I mean, many humans haven't seen hobbits, but they know of them.

Because there was no meat and they could not go hunting because of their haste.

So when the Uruk captain killed the Orc, there was meat again.

Orcs are corrupted elves. Uruk-Hai were made in mud pits and they are as flat as a pancake down there.
