Eh. Medium size T-shirts fit loose on me. Small is a better "fitted" size for me but they're usually too short in length. Also I like having space in my jeans. Loose and comfortable is how I do.
Pants are fine.  Loose shirts just look bad, generally.  Especially since most clothes makers don't actually know how the male body is shaped and instead just leave room for fat.

Clothes these days are just awfully made. Either that or I just have a weird body. I can shirts that fit right but they're just way too long, they reach down to my crotch. They should just fall over the belt, it sucks because when I buy clothes I always have to take it to a tailor to fix it.
