Excuse me, I'm full of dog poison
I'm still trying to figure out how people can maintain being over 300+ lbs.  Like, just how much crap are people eating to be like 300+ lbs?  The biggest I ever got to was 210 lbs, but I've gotten myself down to 153 lbs.  Honestly, people these days don't like to take responsibility for their actions.  This is why people always claim "muh genetics" when in reality they are just fucking pigs.  Do people not realize how easy it is to lose weight when they stop drinking soda?

The biggest I've been is 240. I really don't see how it's possible to hit 300 because I was eating absolute garbage when I was at 240 and I just stopped gaining weight.

Maybe there is something to muh genetics after all.

No, not really.  It's just people overeating.  Some researchers tested some mice that were ob/ob, meaning they had homozygous mutation that promoted obesity.  What they found was that a hypoediting of a sodium channel transcript at one specific location led to the mice overeating.  In an environment where the mice could at ad libitum, the mice became obese.  However, when the eating habits of the mice were controlled, they were a normal weight compared to normal mice under the same regimen.  In other words, fatties are lazy fucks that don't know what self-control is and want to blame other people for their faults.

Idk, haven't really read any research papers on that stuff.
