I missed 2 employee meetings I was never even told about. They just took me off the schedule without telling me, and didn't plan on telling me til I went in to work today.

It's a family run business so I guess it is? I don't even know. I was the 2nd best food runner out of 4, but I'm the one who gets fired because I missed some stupid meetings?
