If not busy launches music or video player.
I recommend bolting your door and isolating all sources of sound before listening to that, however if you like to play dangerously, I recommend putting this on your loud speakers and your dignity in the trash

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
Look around, read the multitude of health and safety signs, advice pamphlets, etc, and look at oddities in the room like lights, rusting radiators or ceiling skirtings.
