I used to take my work breaks in this plaza across from my job, because a restaurant in the plaza had Internet. Anyway, I would always browse the web and smoke a cigarette on break, but one day I forgot my lighter and I only had 30 cents on me. So I went into this Mexico-mart in the plaza, which pretty much never had a guy behind the counter unless he saw you waiting there, and grabbed a cheap lighter from the counter. I just kind of held it in my hand, walked to the back of the store, went into the bathroom, and pocketed it there. Then I just bought a pack of gum to not seem suspicious.

It may seem pretty mundane, but I was pretty nervous about it, lol. Have you ever stolen something, and did you get away with it?
