Though when I'm out I usually always tip the black guy who hangs around inside the toilets of clubs. I still don't know what he's supposed to be doing in there but he's a good conversationalist.

Yeah, but I usually go with 15% instead of the standard for them.

Minimum wage in the UK is £6.51 an hour, waiters here get paid that much at least and it's how much I earn at my job. If waiters should get tips why shouldn't I?

They usually have it on display and they'll try to hustle money out of you if you use it. I don't, though I tip them anyway, just as a nice gesture.
