No shit, he spends every day making a new IP instead of living an actual life.
I suck at computer stuff, but can't IP changes be tracked?
They can be, yes, but he is changing IPs every time he gets banned.

I am working on a way to make it very inconvenient for him to keep doing it.
I mean isn't it going to leave a blimp on government radar when you change your IP that often?


But then they'll just realise he's been desperately trying to join a relatively quiet site with nothing worth sending the SWAT party vans for.
