My metabolism is super duper high. Eating healthy would only make even more of a stick. Also I'm too broke for healthy food
Eating less, but more nutritious food may be an option.

But eating less won't help me gain weight.
That depends on what kind of weight you're trying to gain.
If you want more muscle mass invest in more protein products accordingly and scale your diets to that (maybe, I don't know how weight gaining diets work).

I only eat one meal per day on weekends.
It doesn't really matter how fattening it is.

i used too back in Oct. i was taking from 3k-4k in calories when i tried gaining weight.( i was working out too and i was also taking in lots of protein and carbs along with those calories)

For how long was this?
a little over two months.
Not much time to see significant weight gain, assuming that your diet was consistent- I don't even know what your TDEE was, so there's no way of telling how much of a surplus you were eating at.
