I don't know why, these things were always easy in every previous English class I had, but this just seems horrible. Every single sentence is worded so bizarrely it defies imagination for me..

I tried taking SAT reading prep on Khan academy and it required getting 5 correct answers in a row to pass.  On every 5th question I failed for like 15 minutes and it pissed me off.  It doesn't even tell you why you're wrong like in the math section so I feel I made the same mistake a lot.

the first one is mixing tenses and the second one isn't
