I don't even know the last time I drank milk
>britbongs have added sugar to their tea for years
I drink skim and almond milk.. I'm not sure how healthy either of those are.

Why not revert to drinking tea for the health benefits? Does your tea taste that fucking bad?

Why not revert to drinking tea for the health benefits? Does your tea taste that fucking bad?No, adding sugar changes it's purpose. In the morning most people don't add sugar or only a small amount but in the evening it's pretty ordinary to have 1-2 spoons of sugar. That's because in the morning you want the tea to wake you up and in the evening to chill you out.
Sugar is not bad
Allow me to check the produce in my fridge and pantry and see how many of them have sugars...Okay....The half and half has sugar. The bread has sugar. The frozen peas have sugar. The chips have sugar. The chili mix has sugar. The pistachios have sugar. And most of these foods were from an "Organic" foodstore. There's no escaping from the sugar here. FML

The people who fear sugar do not understand dieting in general (besides diabetics)
