Last I checked, no meats except pork and expensive cuts like lamb. For some reason heavy cream and cream cheese are also hard to find. PA is getting hit kinda hard, especially around Monroe and Luzerne County because of the easy access to NJ and NY
Every shell is covered in transparent blanket, nobody without mask allowed to enter (actually you can't go outside without mask and document that shows your identity), only 1-3 customers can be inside shop at the same time, every shopkeeper wears mask and gloves.
