That's not a new form. Its still SSJ God but the mastered form or something like that. It was unstable before that's why it was red.

Don't get me wrong, Avatar was an entertaining romp and certainly a high point for American animation studios both visually and in the story telling department, but in the grand scheme of the medium it's honestly pretty average.
