dont bother with supplements. eat right and do the right exercises and you'll get big. nothing beats hard work and proper diet.
I pack on assloads of protein-rich foods and fuckhueg amounts of food every day and I don't gain any weight at all. If I was eating a "balanced" diet I'd be even thinner than I am now. My metabolism is such that I'm naturally very thin, and I want to counteract that. I'm trying to look good, not live forever.
are you doing the right exercises though? if you arent putting in the work you wont see gains. you need to kick your ass day in and day out.

You will find out who you are not a thousand times, before you ever discover who you are. I hope you find peace in yourself and learn to love instead of hate.

when trying to gain weight you shouldn't focus on protein, the body tends to piss out any excess protein you've eaten. carbs are key to putting on weight, just stuff your face with all kinds of food. pasta, bread, cake, potatoes, candy, junk food.

Do you mind putting on fat? If not
Try creatine and find a supplement with a good balance of protein and carbs.
i cant use creatine because its high in arganine which triggers cold sores
then just find a supplement which is high in carbs as well as protein. That's be your best bet, since you want to put on mass in general. Plus your bodyfat is low so getting a fat shouldn't be that bad.
any recommendations for that?

this has a good balance of nutrients. plenty of protein and even more carbs.
esspensive though

How fast does one go through it?
Well it's a supplement so it would depend on how much you've eaten during the day. If you haven't had a lot of carbs or protein that day, make a shake, if you have then don't have one that day.
