My phone went from 84% to 60% in like 50 minutes without usage. What the fuck? And I regularly clear up RAM and shit.

Fuck technology.

No idea why it got downgraded to 4G where I usually get LTE today. I didn't hit my data cap either.

Definitely. Your phone doesn't like having crappy signal, so if it's in that "red" area, it's going to be constantly searching for towers or something better to connect to, which drains it really quick.

my iPhone's battery only last 4 hours, only 3 seconds of using it drains it's battery to 20%

my iPod feels much better, 6 hrs

Huh. Never thought of that. I know somebody who's phone's battery is draining really quickly (iPhone 5s) and Apple says there's nothing wrong with it. She was using a plug with a current converter which was loose and would frequently unplug on its own. Something is obviously wrong with the battery though and Apple isn't really helping.

Should she just crack the phone screen and take it in to get a replacement? It's in warranty, but I don't know. They might just replace the screen and not device.

I can't speak to Apple's warranty service, I haven't dealt with them in years. That might not be a terrible idea, though.

There should be several Androird apps to help with battery life.

Most are placebo apps, really. Greenify is really the only one that will help any, but OP's problem isn't apps running, it's a signal problem most likely.
