What phone do you have and how man mAh is the battery? It's possible something is running in the background eating up all your battery.
Don't fuck technology, sticking your dick in a socket will only end badly.

But I don't know, it's been acting a bit strange today. Everything is 4G and not LTE in the usual spots where it is and a message was still sending.
Turn your phone off, or set it on airplane mode.

Your phone doesn't like having crappy signal, so if it's in that "red" area, it's going to be constantly searching for towers or something better to connect to, which drains it really quick.Huh. Never thought of that. I know somebody who's phone's battery is draining really quickly (iPhone 5s) and Apple says there's nothing wrong with it. She was using a plug with a current converter which was loose and would frequently unplug on its own. Something is obviously wrong with the battery though and Apple isn't really helping. Should she just crack the phone screen and take it in to get a replacement? It's in warranty, but I don't know. They might just replace the screen and not device.

Greenify is really the only one that will help any, but OP's problem isn't apps running, it's a signal problem most likely.Snapdragon battery guru is good though.
