Second time in 3 months this has happened, driving down a busy street and she was wondering around on the road. Of course the other people, being the dumb sperglord fucks they are, didn't pull over to help. Owner (number was on her collar) was busy too, presumably at work. Pre fuckin' mad tbh. If you can't make sure your House is inescapable for the Dog, don't fucking get one. It's nearly 40 degrees C and it's too easy for Dogs to get lost and dehydrate, or for some ratchet fuck to pull up and grab them as bait in a cockfighting ring.

Just got off the phone with the Owner; they say they shut her in a secure place and someone else may have let the Dog out (burglar, etc)
