I think it's interesting that places like the US, Canada, Australia, UK, etc, have whole and partial prices. Like you'll pay $4.49 for something, or £7.21 for something.
But places like Japan and Mexico just have one. You pay in yen or you pay in pesos. They don't have partial prices. You don't pay ¥429.05 for a computer, you pay ¥42905
It's like if all our prices were in pennies.
