Post your favorite pasta dish. I'm a boring cook so I enjoy just the usual pasta with bacon in a tomtato and herb sauce, but my dad makes a really nice carbonara.

My spaghetti dish isn’t anything special but I like making a 1:1 ratio of sauce to meat and veg. Ground beef and sliced up smoked sausage with mushroom, bell peppers, and onions. Cut the bell pepper small and onions large and throw them in at the end so they’re still crunchy
