All the old Caddy's and Buicks are on 24's with air brushed seasame street characters on them.

Every house on the block has rod iron fencing and rosebushes out side the barred windows.

The buildings and streets are poorly maintained because the city doesn't give enough of a fuck to repair them. I live in the hood and you never see sneakers on power lines. Most of the cars are either from the 90's or are brand new, for some strange reason.
A good indicator though is niggas hanging outside and stray dogs.
