Thoughts on chapter 24? It appears that Full-Power Super Saiyan Blue (which is what it should be called) is Toyotaro's version of Blue Kaioken. To be quite honest, I prefer Toyotaro's version. It makes Blue seem much more powerful and mythical than it was before, and it also harkens back to what Whis used to say while training Goku and Vegeta. Blue Kaioken is cool and all but doesn't really make any sense when you consider how they established the strain Kaioken has on a Full-Power Super Saiyan... Goku would be better off going into Super Saiyan Blue 2 and 3. But that's neither here nor there.

People are aso complaining about the scaling, and how Goku is somehow just as powerful as Vegito here... except he isn't. Vegito was FAR above Merged Zamas in the manga, and Goku was simply his equal. That's all. The characters are much more realistically scaled in the manga than they are in the anime, and as a result, Merged Zamas is nothing in comparison to his anime counterpart.

And I'm not at all bothered by the Trunks asspull.

Also, I realised that GT has to be canon if the Super anime is considered canon.

Shit nigga, Vegeta was the real MVP this chapter. Actually stepped down and said Goku is the only one who can do it. Why the hell do they lose their ability to heal when they become a Supreme Kai though? Seems like too good of a power to lose when you rank up.

So there must be a difference between what Vegeta was doing with bursting into Blue and FPSSB, then. It'll be interesting to see if Vegeta keeps up with using God later and Goku just uses Blue.

Toyotaro is really talented. At drawing, at least. Doing my best to recreate some of his best work lately. Love the way he draws Goku's hair.

Also trying out some mew shading techniques with limited success. Hopefully I can improve upon them in the future.

Dunno man, I used to hate the Japanese voices but I grew to really like them in the Future Trunks saga. Especially this bit.
