I suspect that no universes will really be destroyed, they'll be saved somehow at the end.

or else maybe they'll use the Super Dragon Balls to resurrect any that are destroyed in a following arc.

There's a reason why there are multiple universes. If there wasn't we'd only have one. So Zeno won't wipe out all universes except the winner because there's a reason there are multiple universes. Get it

The only problem with that is that the SDB's could spread across universe 6 and 7,so if one goes, there's an incomplete set

They'd still have the Black Star Dragon Balls so they could segue away from Super and into the true continuation of the franchise.

The only problem with that is that the SDB's could spread across universe 6 and 7,so if one goes, there's an incomplete set

I theorize that the twin universes are linked the same way that Gods of Destruction and Kaioshin are

so if it really comes down to one winner, I imagine that pair gets to stay. it just seems logical to me given how many other linked pairs there are in the franchise.
