I just discovered something new.

I was on the elliptical at the gym  when I decided to watch fox news.

I was so stricken by the idiotic fecal sentences they strung together that I was done on the elliptical in no time at all.

Hate workouts really work.

Probably why people listen to music in workouts. Working out for yourself is hard because you're focused on the strain.

But when you've got something else to occupy your head? You're good to roll.
