ive been having horrible insomnia as well as some sensations in my chest, throat, forehead and top of my head. the chest sensation is not heart related, I had it checked.

I noticed these sensations came about after I started meditation for a couple months. my doctor thinks its built-up emotional stress manifesting itself as a physical sensation but im not sure. these sensations just keep getting more and more powerful and I dont know what to do about it. I dont think its anything serious but its just reallt annoying and concerning.

and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
"Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.."
I suppose we all thought that one way or another.
Yeah sounds like it could be built up stress, be it emotional or whatever. If you're not careful stress can start taking a heavy physical toll on your body.

Well I haven't had the easiest life and I've gone through some traumatic shit a couple years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if I have some PTSD.

I feel ya. Best thing I can suggest is make time in your daily routine to calm yourself down somehow, even if you think you're perfectly calm (that's actually the best time to do it). It'll keep you sane at the very least.
