but as far as my will to live goes - I may dislike myself or whatever, but I'm way too attached to my consciousness and the media of the world to ever truly choose to die or even be too self-destructive

Technology has increased so rapidly in the past 125 years, and even faster than that in the past 25. I don't see it slowing down anytime soon, and that's the scary thing

I'll definitely be changed in some way, anyone would. Time changes you whether you accept that or not.
