Because I wouldn't hesitate to use my power If someone was breaking the rules. I wouldn't just flat-out ban users for small offenses, but I would still be a strict moderator.

Pretty much.

When I was getting non-stop impersonated sometime last November, I eventually couldn't take it anymore and went to Recon to ban those motherfuckers since impersonation was clearly a violation of the CoC. He told me he wasn't "obliged" to do anything about it and that I should just deal with it.

Aw shit I remember that thread. When I pointed out that he actually was obliged to do it with a quote from the CoC he stopped responding. Didn't also ban you after that for "impersonation"?
