I can personally vouch for Uniqlo AND the +J collection. The coat is a bit more expensive than what you posted, however.  It's also not a peacoat, and is longer than a peacoat.

The angel then led the demon to heaven, where he underwent centuries of the cruelest tortures imaginable. Finally, the pain was so great that he lost consciousness - at which point his dark wings turned the promised shade of white.

I have a similar coat, but it comes with a hoodie that you can take off and put back on.
