I just discovered the other day that some people crack open the shell, take out the tiny seed, eat that, and then throw the shell away. I don't understand that. I usually just throw nine or ten of the seeds into my mouth and chew them. Especially with the flavored seeds, the shell is the best part.

It's not the perfect word to use for everything. Christ, you're dense. When someone is "memetastic", then autistic is the word to use. When something is just dumb, then moronic or idiotic is the word to use. I only use autistic when the situation calls for it, which is a lot.

That's what I like to do. Get one between your teeth and crack the seed out before spitting the shell away.

Almost always, with moderation
Sometimes, it doesn't bother me to chew it with the shell. I usually get lazy about I don't bother to remove the shell, granted I spit the shell out after eating the seed.
