Yes they're legit

Positives:

Dick gets harder especially at base
Curves up more
Stays erect longer
Can hold cum in better

Negatives:
Sometimes I get a random semi painful cramp in my kegel area which trips me the fuck out
sometimes my butthole randomly hurts
I don't shoot loads crazy far anymore, they almost kinda like dribble out
