You still get a verbal warning, but you don't get 10 before a ban - 1 and then ban.- More relaxed rule enforcement, and a suggested, but not required, moderation guidelines for rules like spam and shitposting - yeah, it may not be your cup of tea, but it's not entirely detrimental.
